If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date.
NOTE: Custom-made items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unmodified, and in new condition.
To start a return, please contact us at support@campvek.com. We will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for processing, and additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
