A footprint should usually sit slightly inside the edge of the tent floor rather than extend beyond it. This helps reduce the chance of rainwater collecting between the footprint and the tent floor.Does the footprint cover the vestibule area?

How do I know what size footprint I need?
Use your tent floor dimensions, not the packed size or rainfly dimensions. In most cases, the best footprint size is slightly smaller than the tent floor.I can’t find my tent in your shop. Can you still make one?

Does it matter which side faces up or down?
We recommend placing the printed side down.I’ve heard Tyvek is stiff and noisy. Is that true?
New Tyvek HomeWrap can feel stiff and sound a little noisy at first, but it generally softens and becomes quieter with use.Can I wash my footprint to soften it?
Yes. To help soften it, wash it in cold water on a delicate cycle without detergent. Air dry only. Do not place it in the dryer.Do your footprints include grommets, straps, or buckles for tent pole attachments?
